Read your article on Kerala,I find the comments quite forthright & factual. I can say this because I am from Kerala. But there is one important ingredient missing in this itinerary, the author has missed a very important festival season of Kerala .this season extends from march to may, so if you are a traveller who can with stand a hot humid summer it is worth visiting Kerala at this particular time. The highlight of the season is a festival in which 30 decorated elephants participate in a pageantry , culminating in an awesome display of fireworks at the end of the day. It's at a place called Thrissur, around 80km from Cochin. As the saying goes "once you've seen Thrissur Pooram (yeah that's what it is called) you've seen it all."
